February: Dough Ball Whiskey
Stir all ingredients together and serve in a rocks glass with a big cube and manicured orange peel cherry optional.
churro old fashioned
2oz Dough Ball
4 dashes Aztec chocolate bitters
2 dashes Angostura bitters
2 dashes orange bitters
Garnish with orange peel
Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker and shake until chilled. Pour into martini glass and garnish with espresso beans.
Dough-Spresso Martini
1.5 oz Dough Ball Whiskey
1 Shot Espresso
1 oz Borghetti Espresso Liqueur
Granish 3 or 4 Espresso Beans
All ingredients to cocktail shaker and shake until chilled. Add a drizzle of chocolate into a glass and puri not the graham cracker crusted martini glass and add a toasted marshmallow.
S’mores
1.5 oz Dough Ball Whiskey
.25 oz Chocolate Syrup
4 Dashes Chocolate Bitters
Garnish with graham cracker rim and toasted marshmallow
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously, strain and pour, or serve over ice in a rocks glass.
Dough Ball Sour
2 oz Dough Ball Whiskey
1 oz Simple Syrup
1 oz Lemon Juice
1 egg white
¼ oz Lime Juice
Garnish slice of dried lemon
Combine all ingredients in a shaker. Dry shake for 20 seconds. Add ice and wet shake. Strain into shot style glass. All state and caramel to the rim for a twist.

1.5 oz Dough Ball
.5 oz Egg White
.5 oz Heavy Cream
Combo of chocolate and chocolate bitters
Garnish salt and caramel rim
Brew your favorite coffee. Add ingredients into mug and politely stir. Top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
Irish Coffee
1.5 oz Dough Ball Whiskey
4.5 oz – 6.5 oz black coffee
